About me

Throughout my career, I discovered something that surprised me. People rarely came to me because they needed another project plan. They came because they needed clarity. Sometimes structure. Sometimes confidence. Sometimes someone who could help them untangle complexity.

Senior Project Manager, qualified teacher and Project Leadership Mentor with more than 15 years of experience delivering international IT transformation programmes across complex and regulated environments.

What I Offer

Coaching & Mentoring

Individual coaching for project managers and programme managers. Supporting professionals in real project situations, leadership challenges, stakeholder management, communication and decision-making. The objective is to strengthen confidence, professional judgement and practical leadership capability.

Training & Certification

Practice-oriented training — classical, agile and hybrid project management, leadership in projects, governance, communication and certification preparation (PMP®, CSM). Training is always linked to real-world application.

My Approach

I believe project management is fundamentally about people. Methods matter. Processes matter. Governance matters. But projects are carried by people. Projects are living systems — every project has its own rhythm, its own dynamics, its own challenges. That is why I never start with a methodology. I start by understanding the project.

Clarity comes before action. People cannot move confidently when the direction is unclear.
Listen before you solve. Understanding the real problem is often the most important step.
Professional judgement grows through experience and reflection. Knowledge alone is never enough.
A mentor develops independence. The goal is never dependency. The goal is confidence.

I hope people leave our collaboration with greater confidence than they had before — and that they discover their own leadership style, rather than copying someone else's.
